JR. No Marie's recepie is a secret. She wouldn't give it to her mother if she was living. I take my catch to her and she smokes it with her seasoning. You get half and she gets half or you can buy her half back. I have never tasted smoked fish this good in my life. She's a little weird being Brazalian supersticious and what not but man can she cook. It's quite a spot at FT. Myers Beach . You eat outside with a roof over your head. Right on the water with charter boats in her backyard docks.I wish I had here receipes. Yep freezing smoked fish is OK with seasoning but freezing Kingfish without it seasoned and smoked no good.We'll do it if your ever down this way. Dave K
