This is the way I do Steve.First I take a 5 gallon bucket and suspend it so that all bilge water will go into it. You may just disconnect your bilge hose from the side or transom and let it go into a 5 gallon bucket. Use 2 to be safe and dump in vaccant land if you have some at night just to be safe. If you are in a populated area and you have real oily water proper disposal is newcessary. Ask a mechanic what he would do or the fuel tank cleaning people were they take it.Keep it simple a little oily water with Castrol degreaser will not harm the ground. If you are at a marina or a heavily populatd area don't chance it take it to a fuel refuse. Dave K
