Who dropped the dime on me? *PIC*

I was peacefully watching the Dover race when the sound of a helicopter and screeching tires made my ears perk.

I ran to my office first then to the door to see the below picture outside my house.
Riot gear, shotguns, and fire rescue.

They ended up having the wrong address and started looking around when I snapped this picture.

Fun with cops...........
