You could use Bondo or resin (polyester or epoxy) with glass bubbles,for above the water line. Lots of people think Bondo is junk, but all it is is polyester resin with talc as the filler. Look and see and MEK is the hardener for Bondo. If you use cabosil and resin it will be much harder to sand and feather in. Do not use below water line because talc and glass bubbles will absorbe water. Ken
