Hot Vac

I was wondering if anyone had hot vac the bottom of there 31? My boat has been on dry dock for a little over a year. I tested it with a moisture meter and it was still wet. I am not sure if I should use this method to dry the hull. My concerns what will the heat due to hull. Thanks in advance.
