First issue. Water.You have it and you have to get rid of it. Keep emptying your racors but I would use water sorb for the fuel. I had water one time and it worked. Removed all water from my fuel. Like magic. Now for the starbord only problem. Some may have passed( water that is) and simple gravity situation may enter the picture.Get rid of the water and most likely all problems will go away.
