Capt,
Install a non electric pressure gauge to confirm the pressure reading.
If the same, I would do an oil change with filter to make sure you don't have a problem with the filter.

If this has been an on going problem thru numerous oil changes, then pump relief should be checked. If you have hours in the thousands, bearing wear will drop pressure.

But while this pressure may be lower than the other, its not critcal.

Most all DD's run 5 to 10 at idle and 30 at cruise.
