Walter I had a similar problem with mine shortly after I first purchased her. It turned out to be a piece of crud from the tank that got lodged in the fuel fitting draw manifold feeding my starboard engine. It confused the daylights out of me for a while too. Solution was I just threw away that little brass fitting and bought a new one. Former stuart or some shoemaker used some type of rubber to shim a 2" fuel fill to get to a 1 1/2" fuel fill. Idiot! I tore everything out and started new. Your problem will have a simple solution I'm sure. It is definitely before your fuel pumps on the draw side otherwise you'd be squarting fuel somewhere.Trace it back from the tank fittings and pull your troubled side off to look at it and blow it out. It really is simple if you look at all componants . Don't overlook anything in the entire draw side. You'll find it.
