Not the weather, some serious last minute Uncle Sam stuff that required my personal attention. Tough call, but you gotta call it as it comes, and it turned out this one was the right call, but to make it worse, the boat I was to fish on T&R two blue suits a day the last three days. They will still be there for the UVI in 3 weeks.
