check the gasket on your spind on and allthe o rings on filter housing.if ther is nothing ther do a fuel pressure check. take the return line off from the engine and plug it off,then take the supply line off befoere the filter and use a fuel pressure pump and see if it hols fuel pressure not much pressure it tink maybe 2lb would be plenty...then go from there,,,,,`
