I have a 28B that I completely restored and I have about $45 in it. I have seen a hull (no motors) for as little as $5k (just last month in Ft. Lauderdale). $10k is the most freaquent number I have seen. The one advatage I see with the 28 over the 31 for restoring is they have fiberglass decks not wood. In the same breath I would tell you that I would like to own a 31 over the 28. It's a classic.
