In my opinion both the 31B and 28B are only worth a few thousand as shell hull project boats. I don't like the Imron paint job. The Bertram gelcoat on the hulls buffs up very nicely. The topsides do take a beating from the sun and painting them is understandable. A total restoration project is long term and expensive even if you do the work! The cost of a bare hull is the cheap part.
