Bertram 28 Value

I know this is the 31 BB, but I haven't gotten any responses on the 28 BB. Does anyone have a guess at what a Bertam 28 project boat is worth? It sits on a tri-axle aluminum trailer, has all the hardware, interior is all there and fair, but no eng/trans. Hull has been painted with Imron. Thanks for any info.
