Common problem I see now days. More money than brains. I have a next door neigboor like that. Has 3 houses, 2 boats several new cars. Stated once "Someone sucked all the water out of the canal. Did they let the water out of the dam some where?" I had to explain to him about how tides work. His reply was "I didn't think it would effect way back in here." We're only 0.9 mile from open Gulf! Help! Bruce runs into these people all the time.. Keeps him laughing while cracking a nut. Dave K
