A standard rebuild, gaskets, pistons and liners including labor works out to about 1000.00 per hole.
Add bearings, one head, two manifolds about another 4k in parts, labor should be no more since it all has to come apart anyway unless the crank bearings are being done.

Throw in a few extras and 13.5k is about all it should cost.

But................
It depends where your at and how much competition there is for DD repairs.

Like UV said, DD parts is cheap.
