I have a tee handle midship under the floor about center of the refrig approx 2" off thecenter line but when my boat is blocked, the stern is lower than the bow, because its blocked on a hill, so i just had a tee handle drain put in the stern, approx 3" from tge transom about 2" offthe center line. It's about 11/4" thick their. No more water problem to freeze and ruin the stern pump. BOB
