8v92 rebuild prices?

Ok, the verdict is in. One of my 8v92s needs; one head, 2 ex. manifolds (all cracked), piston/sleve kits and replace the berings since their in there. Penn Detroit is talking in the neighborhood of $20-$30K. Aside of the broken stuff, what should it cost to major an 8v92? Time wise, they took it apart in a day & they say 2-3 days to get parts & 2 days to get it running again. Were only talkin a freeking week here. How can it cost 20-30k for 5 days work? I know the parts are expensive but......
