Thanks again Scott. I read the procedure and it makes it easier for installation. This is the way my main fuel tank is installed except they used glassed over wood at higher elevations from the bottom of the bilge. For this I'm using 1/4" thick PVC foam board strips. A lot less messy for installation also. Makes sense to keep the water away. This should be less suseptable being on the side of the hull more but still the bottom angle will catch water roll. I'll use fast cure 5200.
Man this is a lot of work this rehab! Dave K
