Like Uncle Vic says, go with the 3 blade NiBrAls right off the bat. 18 x 18 with a medium cup should be almost dead on. Be sure to have them scanned to match all the blades. With 1.44 gears you have too much shaft speed (drag) to run 4 blade props.
Personally, I am not a fan of the drive savers. See what others think.
It sounds like you must be getting close. When do expect to be in the water? What instruments and dash arrangement did you end up going with? As soon as you get in the water, be sure to photo tack your engines to calibrate your tachs. Brand new, my Yanmar tachs were off by 125 RPM at 3000 RPM. If I remeber correctly you were not going to use the Yanmars tach and that is probably a good thing. If you have a chance, I would love to see some pictures of your project.
Now, get that sweet little Bertram across the gulf to the UVI and make all of us Hyena lovers proud.
