This got my interest because I have all CG approved rubber fuel lines on my gasser B31 all the way up to the carb.--so I just called the local CG Station. According to them (Thomas Point-they got a specific guy on the phone and he apparently had the regs out in front of him), the lines can be rubber, but all attachments must be metallic. He explained that the attachments were the nipple coming out of the carb that the fuel line slips on to, and that the hose clamps must be metallic. I told him I had rubber hose, a mettalic (brass or bronze?) nipple out of the carb, and ss hose clamps, and he said I was good to go.
