I would agree with Bruce that you need a little maint done.

It looks like you have a 210, and if the temp is fine at idle, and picks up as the rpm's go up, I would pull the raw water hose off the tranny cooler on the raw water pump side and check for crap on the screen. It takes very little to cause a major problem. I owuld bet from the engine pics that the impeller is not in great shape.
