6bt questions

Ran Jaded Lady breifly today and had several issues. First how much oil sould these engines hold with the aluminum marine oil pans? The manuals I have are for the truck engines with the auto style oil pans. The port engine is smoking from the blowby hose., no apparent oil and smoke does not smell like oil or deisel fuel. Got other issues but any help here would be appreciated.
