There's just one in the foward end of the heat exchanger. The zinc screws into the threaded fitting that juts out of the bottom of the exchanger. Remove it with a wrench and unthread out the whole thing. Quite often the old pencil zinc won't unthread from the brass(or bronze)fitting. Some Corrosion-X and a few minutes usually cures that. Just be sure that the replacement you buy is not longer than the one you take out as I've been sold some I had to cut down to install. Walter
