Crappy weather on the Cape!!!

I woke up this AM and it was 38 out! Looked at the water temp site and the water is just in the 50's around the Cape and only in the low 60's in the Canyons! We are going to get rain again this weekend. Will it ever end!
Sorry for the rant but I want to go fishing.
