I had hoses installed from the drain plugs to the sides of the engines on installation. They were wire lined with crimped threaded ends so I could cap their tops. Makes for much easier accessibility.
I use a 5-gallon can with an old 12v washdown pump mounted on top. One hose goes from the pump to the uncapped oil line, the other from the pump to inside the can. All connectios are sealed tight with simple hose clamps. I connect the pumps wires to my batteries with alligator clips. I run my engines for 5-10 minutes before oil changes to loosen the viscosity of the oil. Once warm (not hot) it sucks out easier. The cannister pumps are also sold ready-made.
If you're at a marina, they usually have an oil disposal area. If not, you'll have to find a local area. The 5-gallon container will only handle one engine.
I too have the 210's and have tried the smaller pumps and manual suck-outs and it's just too much oil for them to handle. As it is, it takes a while to pull 13-15 qts through a narrow tube. Walter
