Many of you will dissagree with me here, but...

If you can still find a yard that will allow sandblasting go that route. The sandblasting will open up any blisters, gives good bite for the barrier coat and is fast!

I had a guy do my 25 in Baltimore, MD and he was in and out in under 3 hours. This included time to tarp the ground and clean up.

He was good and does all the work for John Patnovik at Whorton Creek Marina. If you are nearby, call John and ask for the number of the "Sandman".
