The original propped was not cupped. When I replaced, I replaced with same diameter / pitch but couldn't turn same RPMs.

Local guy said I should go up in diameter and down in pitch. I tried, but still not right. This was just before Hurricane Isabel hit and the boat has not been in water ever since.

You might try UV or Jim Bailey because I think UVs boat had original 165.
