Well - i gotta do some checking - will be pulling the shaft the weekend and will try to get a shop to dial-indicate on v-blocks. The props were done by prop-scan last season, and while i dont recall hitting anything - i reckon anything is possible...while the shaft is out and the prop is off, i'll have it checked. The bolts ont he engine mounts all look OK - but i'll take another look and try moving them with a crow bar - If the boat were in the water, i'd have tried the forward and reverse trick...would be easy to see the engine move.

Thanks for the ideas - will let you all know what i find.
