As mentioned previously, my 1st thought would be the mounts.
To rule out the shaft I'd check for straightness, many shops don't charge for this service.Also the prop could be out on one blade and give a problem like that. Again a no charge service provided by many prop shops, have it checked and then rule it out.
Alignment can be check as it can cause a whip, quick easy check, then rule it out.
I didn't notice anything about the strut being checked. Are the mounts good, bolts in good shape, how about the strut itself. Check the backing on the strut, did you reinforce as Captain Pat recommended. On the conversions up here we always beef up the backing plate on the struts, flimsey in that area.
