Gary, that sounds too weak a solution. I took a 5 gallon bucket, but about two inches of water, about a cup of Clorox, half a cup of Super Clean, & quarter cup of Dawn would be a near guess. Don't leave it on the fabric long as it will affect the Strataglass and if the zipper is sewn with ployester (vs. Gore Tex) thread the Clorox will eat it up pretty quick. Rinse it off with a lot of water.
