I dont use my lower station, but love having it there for servicing startups, etc. I solved my leaking with a window canvas. Have you considered one in clear eisenglass or stratoglass? Snap it on and leave it on all season. Rain-x or Rejex will make water run off, and of properly done, your wipers could still work. Walter
