To answer your question, yes and no. Sorry but the last few years I have seen some wacky stuff come over on these new imported boats.

I have seen Metric Threads with the standard 3/4" per foot taper, not a problem as long as you can find the nuts and you can use regular wheels. Then I have seen some weird tapers people will have problems finding wheels for.

I also wonder if people have problems outside the US with corrosion. I ask this because many, if not all these imported boats seem to have inferior shafting. I just looked at a new Viking which came in from overseas in the million dollar range that had these crappy SS shafts, already showing signs of corrosion and the owner didn't even take possesion yet.

Sorry to ramble, but the best answer is have someone take a look, try a standard wheel to check the fit, use a little "Blue". Not familiar with the term find someone who is. Not the time to learn.
