Bill,

You can shim between the outboard sections and the flange of the center section to bring both sections into flush... Be glad it's not the other way around. That'd involve grinding and probably re-glassing the under edges of the outboard section(s).

One of the few uses I have for Starboard: It makes great "last for ever" shims.
