Pete, I would highly reccomend Elite Marine in St. Petersburg. Carl does high end total refits and has at least 5 Bertrams at his place right now. Elite has there own molds for the 31 for the cockpit, dash, cabin ceiling, seating, bow pulpit and transom bait wells. I would put his finished product against anyone's. At the very least, go by his shop on and look around, do that and he'll be doing yours, he's a nice guy and will spend the time necessary for you to see his setup.
