ISSPRO fuel sender

Quick question about ISSPRO fuel senders.

What is the difference between:

RA9229-STW SENDER FUEL LVL ALUM ULT 29"

and

RA9506-ISS ULTIMATE FUEL SENDER 6in NON-VOLUMETRIC

(specifically the 'non-volumetric', not the 6" vs 29")

If my tank is 20" deep, do I want a 19" sender?

Do these work with standard gauges (Teleflex HD fuel gauge)?
