Floscan question for Bruce

Bruce,
I have the Floscan 9000 series on the FB (with NEMA from the GPS) and the twinscans on the lower helm. They are both connected to a single set of sending units, one for each engine.

I'm running trials trying to dial everthing. At my 29 knot cruise, my 9000 says I'm getting 8 GPH per side. I just happened to go to the lower helm and noticed that at they were only reading 6 GPH per side. I know that there is a "fine tuning" procedure, but would you think they would be this far off out of the box?
