No, he had to buy more. It was the Micron Extra with biolux, stuff ain't cheap.

Just spoke with him a little while ago and its all off, in those spots but took all day with the chemical stripper and multiple applications. We are not talking about a large area either, two prop pockets and I think 3 thru hull fitting areas, this is a 28' boat.

Weird.
