Bob,
There are some great places and good folks in the NE. Really good people.
I think the majority of the people on the board are from the NE and certainly are high quality, straight thinking folks who would open their homes in a minute to other board people.
Some friendships I've made support that statement.But the major metro hubs seem to control the political clout as many rural people don't get involved because its different where they live.
Its not just about firearms but many other things also.
The rural people work hard and are self supporting and just want to be left alone by the politicians while metro dwellers are always looking for something. And unfortunatly sooner or later policies and legislation affect the rural people but by then its too late. They are already behind the curve.The one thing that has helped here in Florida is finaly the rural people have gotten involved in the political game because they have started to be affected by land policies, over building, land confiscation, high taxation, etc.
