Mike,
When I foamed in new tanks on my B25, I found the following useful.
1. Make sure that the cavity is sealed up really well. Otherwise the foam will flow through any hole or space where you do not want it, expand and make a huge mess.
2. I found that using the foam in the can to seal up the cavity (kinda of like caulking) then pouring the liquid worked best.
3. Play around abit with the foam to get used to how long you need to stir it and how much it expands. Start small and gain confidence.
