First you need to have your digital images "hosted" on the internet. I recommend www.photobucket.com for free and easy to use host.

Once you've transfered your images from your computer to your host you can copy and paste the URL (web address) of the pictures you want to include in your post. If you want to include a single image just paste the URL in the box labeled "Optional Image URL" when drafting your message. Be careful not to paste http:// twice. (It's already in the box and will be in the address you copy)
