Doing things right sometimes is a pain in the ass, but neccessary.
I am not a believer in acid flushing the cooling system in place unless in an emergency.The engine (closed system) itself can be flushed with over the counter scale remover. Very rarely if the cooling fluid is changed every 3 to 4 years are there any kind of build ups. Usually this occurs in areas where hard water is mixed with the coolant solution.
Acid flushing tubes every year is not needed and will remove material from the tubes and will shorten their life span considerably.
Tubes also need to be inspected and pressure tested for soundness at each cleaning. Failure to do so will lead to problems.
Most cooling systems need to be flushed on the average of every 3 to 6 years unless a overheating problem is suspected with the tubes being the culprit.
Flushing the engines after use with fresh water will increase your clean cycles.
It seems your logic is if I do this, I won't have to pull the exchangers which are nearly impossible to pull. In fact you will increase your likly hood of having to remove the tubes from over acid flushing.
The fact of the matter is the tubes have to be removed from time to time to clean properly. I would get to working on a solution to remove them instead of trying to get out of it.
