The outrigger guru is Bill Cox, out of Fort Lauderdale. Bill is, by far, an expert in the field of outriggers. He owns several vintage Bertrams and is the most knowledgable outrigger guy on the planet. He is based out of South Florida, but people have him rig all over the world. I recommended him to a friend with a 38 Special that was attacked by a draw bridge and the repair was very inexpensive. Bill's cell # is 954-224-1203. I met him one day in the intercoastal on his moppie and we have exchanged parts and stories over the years. If anyone can help, it is Bill Cox. Good Luck
