Surveyer in Beaford SC/ Charlston SC

A friend of mine is looking at a True World Marine 28' w/315 Yanmar and needs a survayer and engine mechanic to look at the boat. Anyone know anything about those boats? or a good surveyer in SC?
He loves fishing my B31 but wants to tow the boat all over.
