Old 2 pin 12 volt power plugs, either for electric reels, downriggers or spotlight. Look like sh*t and more than likely don't work, yank them out.Marelco makes a rubber booted lighter type plug with cap that you can use as replacements, just have to enlarge the hole a bit.
