Any ideas on 1 PART epoxy

Just came back from Home Depot--I am getting ready to paint my bilge---Not sure I want to spend the big$$ on Awlgrip-- Anyone familiar with the Behr or similiar 1 part epoxy paint(used for garage floors)-- $24.99 a gallon @ Home Depot--- I am thinking this is what I am going to go with--(motors are not out---was painted 4 yrs ago with grey paint--needs to be freshened) I am wondering if after a good cleaning--and etching it will hold up and make a moisture barrier for the innter bilge.
