Mineral sprits work ok, but for the really tuff stains, baked on grease/oil 30t years of whatever, mix 50/50 actone/lacquer it cuts through everything and acts like an drying agent encase you have any moisture.
I have a 25B, Awlgripped the engine area and bilges. Being a paint and not gelcoat it washes down real easy and makes the painted areas look mint.
