Lack of compassion...

Hey guys,
Some of you maey have heard about this in Fl, we got an email at work. Seems a Police Officer, Sgt. Knight of the Panama City Police Dept was shot and killed over the weekend during the usual routine "never routine" traffic stop. He leaves behind a wife and 4yo son.
At any rate, if that's not traumatic enough for his family and co-workers, I have copied an email that was forwarded to my dept., sent initially to the Panama City Police Dept. by a local citizen.
"I'm interested in knowing at what cost to me, a bay county taxpayer, will I have to pay for this monstrous funeral the Panama City Beach Police Dept. has decided to put together for 1 man? 1 man? How much energy (the gas expended by cars waiting) and time (time off from work these police are taking but still being paid) has been put into this. The guy was a police officer, that's all, not the damn Pope. Police get shot everyday, that's part of their job.
signed 1 less vote for you"
With that, regardless on your personal feelings of law enforcement, you would have to agree that his email shows a blatant lack of respect for life and society. It's NO ONE's "JOB" to be shot and killed, not even our brave military people.
Should anyone be inclined, he have listed the senders email address below, if you feel that a respectfull response is appropriate.
"Greg Hudson"email is: _ghudson@mcneilcarroll.com
On a lighter note, the mackeral I hear are off Cape May, the the Stipers in the De Bay. Tight Lines everyone!
