First it has to be very clean. Then take your torch and burn all the anodizing off ( run your torch were you are going to weld) keeping tungsten as close to work as possible. Then make your weld using a lot of heat.It is a start stop kind of thing. Dig a hole fill it in stop.You make two passes and dont use a lot of rod.You will see the second pass looks a lot better.Have your torch angled just a little bit backwards and feed the rod from behind the torch.But dont be discouraged i have been welding aluminum for 25 years and i have trouble making it look perfect.
