All I can say is from my experience with submerged engines. I had a partial submersion on my B25 in 1994. Went up to the starters past oil pans. I did everything they told me to do. In short I had to get new engines. I had so many problems it was longer than the brides shoping list. Forget it would be my advice . Don't take the bait. Dave K
