Tell me about it Walter. I just filed for an S Corporation a few months ago. You talk about balony from the IRS. I am always a little fearful of the Federal Goverment as the power that they have is a lot and when your a small businessman they know the size of your boxing gloves.Rule here is ask here first and you will not make as many mistakes the first time.
